We mainly produce bicycle tire moulds, motorcycle tire moulds, ATV tire moulds and agricultural tire moulds. we annual capacity has reached 2,000 pieces of moulds, and its annual turnover stands at USD 4,800,000. We are capable of producing tire moulds in large quantities and greatly shortening processing cycle at the same time. All the products are designed with the adoption of three-dimensional CAD system and made with CAM. Besides, we use high-tech equipment such as digital-controlled EDM shaping machines, electrode engraving machines, linear cutting machines, carving machine tools and lathes. We strive to continually enhance the performance of our tire moulds. Meanwhile, our company passed the authentication of ISO9001 in 2005.
